Meet the Tug-E-Nuff family

Tug-E-Nuff is built on relationships. Over 2,000 dog trainers partner with and recommend us. Thousands of customers and their dogs play with our toys every day. And our team makes it all happen. Together, they’re the Tug-E-Nuff family.

Teresa Rouse

Teresa Rouse

Role: Founder

Their dog(s): Beam, Supa, Halo and Trio

Favourite toy: Sheepskin Bungee Chaser

Teresa founded Tug-E-Nuff in 2009, when her dog Indy’s disinterest in toys was making training tricky. With decades of experience in agility and dog training, Teresa knew that play held the key to motivation.

Teresa created a toy to teach and motivate Indy to want to play tug. Other people started to notice the reaction Indy was having to the toy and wanted toys to help their own dogs. That moment inspired a mission: to create toys that bring out every dog’s natural drive to play, learn, and connect.

So Teresa began making different toys for different dogs and different needs - and the rest as they say is history!
